"Laura and I went to celebrate my 61st and the high standards are still there.I had the ceviché of Bar for starter and it looked a picture with the different coulours and the flavours were really complimentary.Lamb for main course was cooked to perfection with a lovely tender texture and really authentic flavour.The pudding was a tarte tatin with orange accompanied by earl grey ice cream-absolutely wonderful.Great wines and service made for a wonderful experience.Definitely the best in Beauvais."
