"We went for steak night. I, like alot of people these days, am low carb. I asked for no chips, veges instead. This has never been an issue anywhere else. The waiter wrote it down but the woman in the kitchen said no, I could...just help myself to the salad bar. So my plate came out with a small tough bit of steak on it and nothing else. Only thing I could have from the tiny and underwhelming salad bar was a few bits of old tomato and cucumber. The rest was pasta and potato and other high carb foods. Next time I will go to a pub that’s happy to accommodate my not unreasonable request."
