"DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE ANYMORE! Sushi ville was always our go to. We just ordered a full order of spicy salmon sashimi with the sauce on the side. The picture below is the portion. It looks like 2 pieces of sashimi cut up into smaller pieces. This was $16.95. I went back and asked the lady and she said this is their portion everyday, not a problem. This is normal daily I will probably never waste my time here ever again. Every other sushi place Ive visited recently has about 4x the size for a full order of sashimi around $16-20. Hopefully they bring their quality back to before until then I will not be coming here again."

"Decent service with well presented food, look forward for hotter broth will be even better. First time come to downtown to look for yummy ramen. Location is convenient by SkyTrain. We ordered 1 Tonkotsu Ramen, 1 tomato Ramen and 1 Mazesoba. My wife likes the acidity of tomato and balance the heaviness of broth. While girl likes the richness of Tonkotsu. It is the first time I tried Mazesoba, full of favours and taste good. A bit like Tsukemen but less broth and juice. Fit the additional rice pretty well. If the hotness of broth can improve, I will rate it even higher."

"I had reservations for 5pm on a Friday night. The waitress told me right away that they needed their table back by 7:45pm? I haven't been seated yet and already I'm told what time I need to finish dinner by?! This is the first time for Hapa Izakaya Coal Harbour, to tell me what time they need their table back. I was taken aback and found this to be rude. Our waitress was also rude and brought our bill, before asking if we wanted to look at the dessert menu. We ordered appies and had to ask another waitress after 30 mins of waiting, where our appies were. My friend and I were not impressed. Upon ordering our respective dessert items, the waitress again told us that we had to finish by 8pm, due to another reservation?! We were planning to leave by 8pm anyways. Such horrible service and will be going back to the Yaletown location, as the staff are friendlier and don't tell you when to leave!"

"The food was very tasty and there's was plenty of it. I was disappointed there was no salmon on the menu, but the scallops were delicious. It's a good place to entertain guests from out of town, whether they be business associates or friends, unless you're planning to discuss business. The food is cooked at your table, which is fun to watch, but does create a lot of boisterous noise. Bringing babies or toddlers here may not be the best idea. There was a family at the next table and their little ones seemed frightened by the cooking performance; the children were screaming and they definitely did not sound like peals of glee, quite the opposite"
