"Hi Bertucci's Corporate! I lost my survey code so here I am. The food and service at Bertucci's Columbia is always top notch but today was a cut above. My husband and I eat at this location fairly often (at one point I was the mayor on foursquare) so I feel this rave review is justified. I was deeply impressed by our server tonight, Brittany. The way she was running the show, I thought she was the manager. Service was fast, polite and warm. I was also impressed with the way she helped the newer staff members perform their closing tasks correctly. Give this girl a promotion! As far as the food, chicken piccata and meatless farm house salad! drool, excellent as usual."

"Maria was the perfect server. Friendly and attentive. Food quality was on point. Best salad I have had since I can remember. The spinach and Alfredo side items were delicious. I typically only dine at locally owned restaurants but this is our favorite chain restaurant in our area. Always a great experience."

"That was the worst culinary experience I ever had at red lobster! first - they did not make our reservations through open table! in the did they forgot to even put my name while I was before them! I had to wait almost 40 minutes to sit down, but they sat people who came after us. second: they have brought us the wrong food on the table, twice! thirdly, they gave us plastic war to eat, we have literally tried to eat our dinner with the same plastic utensils mcdonalds use! and they said they would bring us in a silverware, but she has never done it. fourth, most of the time when we had no drink after my restaurant was my I couldn't believe it! I had waited 45 minutes, and she's taking me disgusting COLD fish! It was like they didn't get it done before they wanted to cook it! I will not go back there! this place was a chaos and we were not the only customers unhappy. every table I saw was complaining and went. Do not waste their time or money in this restaurant."
