"I made a reservation for 4pm. Got there and they said yes, we see your reservation but it will be 40 minutes. There were a few people waiting. I said did they have reservations? She said no but they came in before you arrived. I said why make reservations if you wont honor it? Said it nice.....she smarted off and said we will get you in when we can. I walked out. Never to return. Rude people."

"Food was simply typical Carrabba's food. However what made the experience the best was the super friendly staff. Our waitress was super nice and took care of us very well. Compared to the other restaurants in the River City area which are not pleasant at all, Carrabba's is our go-to eatery when in the River City area."

"Had a really delicious meal today. Simple grilled salmon with broccoli and Italian salad. We also ordered shrimps and scallops with angel hair in vodka sauce with salad. The vodka sauce was very tasty, not as strong/saure as Marinara. Then the crowning glory a piece of warm Limoncello bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. It's heaven on a plate! Wow. Great service."

"Not sure why they use OpenTable. When we showed up right on time they made us wait 5 minutes for a table when there was no else waiting and most of the restaurant was empty. The waiter warmed up after a few minutes and the food was good."
