"We heard so many good things about this place and were excited to try. However, it did not meet our expectations. We were severely disappointed. The service was extremely slow and the food was not good. The rice in the sushi was dry. I had...an assortment of nigiri (tako, hokkagai, ebi) and it was flavourless. The food came out at all different times. We were sitting near the sushi making area. Being amidst the chaos and watching the servers, we felt like it was very disorganized. There was one lady who must have been the manager who was grabbing full plates out of servers' hands and trading them around, yelling at them. We had a party of 5 and were told the service charge (tip) was included as it is mandatory for a party of 5 or more. Any other restaurant I have been to I have only seen this done for groups of 6 or 8 ore more. I feel like they knew they didn't do a good job and weren't going to get a good tip so they included it for us. How nice. The free shot glasses of mango jello after our meal was cool I guess. My Japanese Grandmother was not impressed."
