"Oh home. I was in San Francisco for about three weeks and I came here about half of the time. I love some things and not others. They have a lot of options. Coconut vanilla latte hot or iced is fire. Cookie butter latte is hit or miss. I got it iced so the cookie butter was solid and at the bottom and didn’t taste special because of that. Birthday cake latte is popular but it doesn’t come iced and in my opinion it wasn’t good hot. I didn’t enjoy it at all so I came back the next day for my usual coconut vanilla latte. Matcha latte hot was average and not worth the money. My complaint is that they only have one size, so often id Order two lattes to make up for it which is an arm and a leg. Oat milk is an extra $1.00 which is honestly outrageous but normal for the area. All of the coffee shops in the area charge that much for oat milk which is wild because it’s not that expensive. An average latte here with oat milk will run you $7.00 ish, which is a lot, especially for one size and especially if you’re coming daily. Lastly, if you’re in a hurry, the wait is typically long. I often was waiting about 10 minutes to get my coffee after ordering because they’re packed. Which is a good thing but also not so much. Overall, this was definitely one of my favorite spots to frequent. I did find other shops that had their plus’ but nothing compared to the coconut vanilla latte hot or iced. Also, currently there is no indoor dining and that has no impact on my review"

"Our server was not very friendly and was not attentive, so we left to get dessert in another place, for so long lasted and no one checked for refills on drinks etc. Nice spot, but we wouldn't return."

"Had a couple of drink at the bar before being seated. The drink menu is excellent and fresh, with just a splash of humor. The entire staff was friendly and provided excellent service all night long. The mushroom pizza was good. The flat iron steak was well cooked, a tad small and lacked some seasoning for my taste but the sauce and potatoes made up for it, since both were excellent. The donuts desert was a nice touch to end the meal. Overall a nice place i will be going back to, specially on a opera night."

"Ordered my food thru Doordash and this food is such a disappointment. It has no flavor at all barely any salt smh. I had to take out my seasoning to season all of it. Eggs are cooked horribly idk who you guys have as chefs but horrible. Also the waffle was horrible super doughy and not crunchy at all I barely ate it. Also no ketchup, butter or syrup was included I had to use my own."

"Now you know I love me a good tea party, and this lovely tea room delivered. There were 8 of us and we sat in a private room surrounded by a variety of vintage items. We ordered the afternoon tea at lunchtime, i.e. a 'high tea, 'which included 4 different sandwiches, blueberry scones still warm from the oven, and 3 desserts. We could order a cup of tea or a pot. We went with 3 different pots. 2 of our guests had iced tea. Service was excellent and we were able to enjoy a leisurely visit with family we rarely see. It was a special treat we will long remember. Yes, it 's a bit pricey, but comparable to other high teas I 've enjoyed. As someone who caters tea parties, I can tell you that they are quite a bit of work. You and your friends will enjoy every little bite."

"I initially posted a rating only without a written review and was shocked to see this reply directly from the restaurant : “I appreciate the review but hiding and not saying what happened means nothing.”In response to that extremely rude and unprofessional message, I’m editing my review to add comments.I gave 2 stars overall because it was just not good value for the high price. Check was $120 for 2 people with one drink each. Only one person was working doing everything host, server, bar. He was very nice and did his best. But as a result service was slow, and when I first got there it looked like maybe they weren’t open. Love being able to sit on the water. But the chairs were uncomfortable and the table umbrella was broken. Food was so so. Mostly it just felt so expensive for a subpar experience."
