"Horrible experience. First of all their server has a horrible body odor. It's unbearable. They don't clean their utensils. Right in front of me, the old lady who receives people just dump a bunch utensils in a cup of warm water and put it in the group of clean utensils.When they serve you water, they put the palms of their hand on top of water cup where you're supposed to put your lips on.The last time I was there, the hair of the lady with the strong body odor fell into my pho. I complained about it and said that I wasn't going to pay but they said that we had to pay for it, so we did. I know Ellensburg doesn't have a lot of pho places, but don't go there. That place is Nasty. It should be closed"
