"I love Panda Express! I just moved to Flagstaff a couple weeks ago, and I?m so happy to know there?s one, less than a 10 min drive where I live now. I?ve always had a good experience with the food AND customer service. Today (Sat. July 2) Brianna was specifically helpful, by explaining how I could use their coupon program (where you get a free extra entree for filling out a survey on the receipt). She even recommended her fav items, and to be honest I never tried those before, so now I?ll consider trying them next time. This is the kinda ?personal touch? that earns customer loyalty ? no joke!"

"If I were ever in the region again, I would probably return. I came here with my boyfriend's family yesterday but didn't have high hopes because of some reviews. The Hot Wok Restaurant tends to be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised when our supper was over. Following others' recommendations, I had called an hour in advance to RSVP for a table of five and to order a Brocolli Beef, Beef Chow Mein, and Fried Rice; Thank goodness I did! Around six, we arrived for an early dinner, and we were promptly seated and pleased with the helpful and courteous wait staff."
