"Arrived at 8:30pm and didn't feel like doing pizza or burger King, so Chinese food it was. Got a 2 combo plate for $15.17. At this hour there was only chow mein left for the starch, whereas I was really looking forward to the chow fun; chow mein was okay, had to add a packet of soy sauce for flavor. For the proteins I got the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli. Orange chicken is just fine, but beef and broccoli portio annoyed me because I got 3 pieces of beef and the rest broccoli. Should've been called broccoli and beef...The workers were trying to wrap up the night and had no demeanor to them. Portion size and quality for the price are extremely poor. The only reason for the stars is that they have some legit chili oil if you ask, so definitely get that. Plenty of seating in the outdoor atrium area, although you'll likely be subjected to some jet fuel and engine noise. Should've just stuck with CPK or the King"

"My husband and I ate here right after arriving and we were lucky enough to hit happy hour. The prices were super cheap for happy hour, both for food and the drinks. We were served sake in masu, which was a first for me! The yuzu chicken was phenomenal, as was the kimchi octopus and the karaage. But honestly, the thing I would say has to be rated the highly from here was the service! Our food and drinks came out super quick, they made sure our water was filled several times, and we never had to wait long to order another round."

"This restaurant has made me love Vietnamese food. I always stayed away from Vietnamese restaurant because I have tried several restaurants in the past and the food wasn’t even palpable at all. My sister told me I gotta tried Mai Lan.and plus her partner is Vietnamese. So I tried the restaurant and boy did I fall in love the food delicious and HUGE portions. We been eating here for years now. The owner and staff are awesome and so friendly"

"Asian Flavors serves Thai and other Southeast Asian dishes. They have a new location at Pearlridge Center and this was the first time we had tried their food. It certainly won’t be the last. Their food is so flavorful! My husband and I had the pork belly salad and pork chop salad. Our salads were large (enough for 1-1/2 to 2 meals), tasty and very filling. Some of the pork belly pieces were a little too crispy, but not a biggie. The house dressing was also very flavorful. We ordered a sampler for our son and daughter-in-law. The menu listed the sampler as pork belly, pork chop Lao sausage, but it looked like there were ribs in the photo. When we asked our son if he liked the food, his eyes lit up and said it was really good! That’s a glowing recommendation from him since he normally doesn’t like Asian food. We did a take-out order. Ordering by phone and pickup was quick and easy. Dine-in and delivery are also available. The restaurant was more like a food court set-up where food is ordered at the counter. I don’t think there is table service since the space is shared with two other restaurants. However, the dishes are cooked-to-order and are not sitting in warmers. Asian Flavors is located directly across from the food court in the space formerly occupied by Pizza Hut and Taco Bell."
