"On street parking. Free street parking on Sundays brought to you by the city. Paid parking across the street. I did take out. Not bad. Orange chicken was decent. Chicken fried rice lacks flavor but nothing a little hot sauce cant fix. Both for $35; kinda steep but good for the area. Kid-friendliness: There's nothing violent or sexual about this place. Parking: Paid Street parking unless you come on Sunday's or after hours. Last I checked after hours street parking started at 8pm. Might have changed to 10. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5"

"Very tasty and also reasonable price. Take out only. I see one of reviews in 2021 said banh mi $5 now most of them are $5.25, still cheap compared other banh mi shops a few blocks away. Super busy at lunch time but a line goes through pretty quick. Sandwiches are great, good volume, fried banana is good desert, spring rolls are ok. We picked vegetarian spring rolls. The fried bits inside of spring rolls are little too much so that they caused dry texture and ruined the taste. Maybe we should get another kind of spring rolls like shrimp in them for next time. There are gravel parking lot next to the shop but little tight for driving through."

"Tamarind Tree is one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants in International District. My favorite dish is Banh Khot (Turmeric Coconut Rice Cake with Shrimp on top) with fresh basils. Their pho dishes are good too. Their Banh Xeo is crispy and delicious! You can choose either meat or vegetarian Banh Xeo. Make sure you ask for their chili's tray, one of them is super spicy. The restaurant is clean and spacious. They have an outdoor and indoor sitting area. Friendly staff and waitress. I believe tea is free if you ask for it. Overall, it's a great place to get Vietnamese dishes in town.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Ask the staff what dishes that have tofu or vegetables substitutions.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available for use. There are some non-spicy selections for kids.Parking: There is a parking lot outside of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a tiny step going into the restaurant. There is plenty of tables to choose from that can accommodate wheelchair."
