"This used to be an iconic place for coffee and meals in the heart of the CBD.It has turned into a deadful excuse for a restaurant with pathetic service and disgusting food.After 30 minutes we were told they had no tuna for a sandwich(wollies is around the corner).Food ordered was delivered long after main meal was consumed and when asked if everything was OK we responded it was cold, awful and not worth eating, the staff just shurgged and gave us the account.Obviously staff are asked to enquire as to the food experience but not told what to say when told it was less than satisfactory.I have lived in Wollongong all my life and will never go back to that place."

"Jennifer ann from country grocer at warrawong I heard buying a takeaway sandwich. While waiting for it to be heated, I saw a no.1 worker dropping the knife that was used to cut the sandwiches on the floor. the coworker No.2 went by and took the knife up and put it back on theke. the rod member No.2 then took my sandwich off the toaster, returned to the counter and used the knife she had just picked up from the floor to cut my sandwich in the half. the knife had not been washed. I was so shocked that the staff didn't. 2 it had not disturbed to wash the knife before it was used, especially because the staff nr. 2. it had just picked up from the floor. when I was handed over that sandwich, I said to the hired nr. 2, that she had cut it with the knife that was dropped on the floor. I don't think she understood my disgust when using the dirty messer, but at least she offered to throw a fresh sandwich for me. I don't want to buy my lunch from here again. Apart from the two team members who work here, are never friendly and always seem grumpy."
