"Liked the fried pork, mango sticky rice, egg soup with pork and thai milk tea. The rest was okay. Sadly the vermicelli with shrimps was overwhelmed with pepper, feedback to the staff and was told it was thai style. Food was served fast. However we sat below down the flight of stairs and we were often overlooked when we wanted to order something. They also forgot to turn on the fan for us and it was warm and stuffy."

"Absolutely loved this place when we were in Thailand and it was the nearest restaurant of our hotel! I would recommend booking a table in advance because they are so busy, but they really make excellent eating, beautiful staff and such a good chilled mood! the English was quite good, but I have learned to say 'hi i'm vegetarian, I can (whatever meal) mitnno ei, no milk, no fish sauce please ' in thai to make sure there was no confusion! there is no direct translation for vegan so say you vegetarian then ask for no milk, no ice or fish sauce is in the rule he makes trick! 10/10 for young kitchen!"

"I’m gonna sit here sweating in my car real quick while I write this.. this place is excellent. The food was served pretty quickly, but even if I were to have had to wait an hour, I would. It was delicious. The Khanom Jeen wasn’t the warmest but it was sure tasty. Really fresh vegetables accompanied it. The roti was FIRE! Straight fire. Delicious, airy, soft, a little crispy in parts, quite good. I got it with the curry which was equally as delicious. The staff are extremely kind as well, quite friendly and easy going. Highly recommend this place."

"I wish this place was veggie/vegan so I could give him 5 stars! Absolutely amazing food. Clearly know what does not mean egg/fish sauce/oyster sauce, and vegetarian section on the menu that can be made vegan. Run from a beautiful family who are friendly and genuine. Green curry was the best I ever had. Pad Thai was also amazing. Spring rolls are also brilliant. Very good price also for the area. It's just bad to say here that they serve meat. It can be a little difficult to find and looks like a bit of a dodgy backroad, but it is a really nice ambience and atmosphere there, complete with a dog! Would recommend it 100% over Jungle Kitchen, where we had our first meal in Ao Nang. Just 5 minutes walk on the street of Jungle Kitchen (and no need to book!"
