"I had egg noodle soup (tasty) with crispy skin chicken (delicious and crispy). The serving size was generous and the chicken was so yummy especially with the fish sauce poured over it. The cost was $12. A very good price for the serving size."

"Sat on a Saturday night and although restaurant was very busy our order was taken immediately. we ordered crispy skin huhn with dip in suppe plus wok stir fried bark and crispy noodles. meals were delivered soon and both dishes were delicious. highly recommended"

"One of the minority northern vietnamese restaurants in Sydney. Spacious with lots of tables. Quick to get a seat. Menu has pictures so you know what you're ordering. Lots of choices. Chicken is organic, loving the hoi nam chicken with fish and dipping sauce. Tomato rice with beef is good. Loving the lemon dipping sauce with satay (you need to request this). Soup is light and fragrant. Spring rolls is on the thinner side as they use rice paper as opposed to egg pastry. Drinks are good too. Try the lychee and freshly squeezed lemon with soda water.<br/ <br/ They also do a drink using pennywort. It's a health drink. Must try!"

"[Revisit 26/08/15]Tried their laksa which is their signature dish for Fairfield City signature dish, the dish was Awesome and spicy the level of spice can be altered if you cannot handle HOT. However the stock and broth are delicious and not sickening, the seafood combination are blanched and finished off in the stock so it soaked up some of the broth .... Try Extreme spicy if you dare! But if you cant then ask for it to be mild .... as always until next time ... keep eating!!!!![Previous visit]This place has been here for over 20 years, to my amazement this place looks very typical Vietnamese between two other new restaurants.Chef Loan reinterpret Vietnamese southern flavours with her family in Vietnam to adapt to the western cultures here without losing the eccentric flavours from her home town. Her spring rolls are amazing and a few of her other dishes hits my favourite list.Recommended Dishes 1. Tapioca noodles with shredded chicken and crap soups (Added sugarcane prawns and sliced pork trotters) Awesome dish! 2. Dry sweet and sour noodles with pork and quail eggs (light dish) 3. Pho with brisket and add an egg yolk 4. Spring rolls (Must get!)Also get Vietnamese ice coffee or fruit shakes while your there, you will not regret! I also heard rumours that they will renovate soon to make it more modern. I cant wait !!!! Until next time .... keep eating!!!!"
