"Nice greeting at door, presented to a table. Ordered starters, took 40 mins to arrive. Very nice though. About 1 hour came with main course but we had ordered an intermediate soup course. Told the waitress who apologised by saying that Takeaway meals are busy, which I understood as they take priority over the restaurant meals. Anyhow, soup course came out, followed by another hours wait for the main course. However, the rice was inedible!! By this time we had had enough and left the restaurant."

"Used this place for the first time on the reccommendation of my son. The portions and quality of the food was very good, with large chunks of meat, unlike the veg fill of most local rivals. I didn't try a rice dish as apparently it's a bit al dente and not to my taste bu the overall flavours were amazing and I will definitely be back."

"My family and I go here often. We fell in love with their Chicken curry and egg fried rice. There's something about the curry sauce that is like no other! It's VERY moreish and we keep coming back for more very consistent quality. The service is always charming and prompt. highly recommended"

"Mr. spoons is consistent! they get a large selection of drinks, they get decent eating at a great price. the service was good, the standard (the cleanliness is a bit sticky) and at peak times its busy, with no music can be very loud, but great place to start the night."

"Had a tasty mocha in pleasant surroundings, people watching from the raised area. Not a fantastically large selection, but all quality beverages and snacks. My mocha was nicely presented and tasted great. What more could you ask for."

"Called here for breakfast with my husband. Hadn’t been here before and was unsure how to order food as there was a touch screen. Anyway we typed in what we wanted which took ages and caused a quite a big queue behind us. The machine wouldn’t scan our Morrisons card and then didn’t print a receipt. We then ended up joining the main queue to explain about our Morrisons card and there not being a receipt. The cashier told us there was nothing she could do so we sat at a table. My husband had ordered a full breakfast and I had ordered a vegetarian breakfast. When the meals arrived, which was quite a while the first thing I noticed was a black piece of toast on my meal. Under the toast were 2 eggs and under those were my hash browns and under that my beans. The toast was not edible so I took it back to the till area where I told a member of the kitchen staff that it was burnt and not edible. She sighed, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. She took the toast off me and asked where I was sat. A short while later she brought me a new unburnt piece of toast and some butter which she’d not brought in the first place. Don’t think we’ll eat here again."
