"Last week we stayed in a lovely B+B near Cahors, and our host recommended Haute-Serre which we'd read about online, and he passed us a brochure with the restaurant address. But it was IMPOSSIBLE to find, between our rental car's creaking GPS and the brochure's cryptic address (see photo): there is no street address, and the village Cieurac is exactly 3km away (we know as we asked neighbors walking in this village-in-nowhere in the dark). The MOST useful info would be to say that it is located 3km from Cieurac on the D6..then at least the GPS (in theory) could pick up that street and you could find it. We tried both for lunch and dinner and found ourselves on ghostly roads, one-way dead-ends and desolate stretches at night that could have come out of Sleepy Hollow. Interesting in a fun way but left us hungry,."
