"This cafe has become one my most favourite lunch place in recent times around Darwin CBD. One would be spoiled for choices at this cafe. My favourite is their fresh salads and chicken schnitzels. I also got amazed to be able to get a fresh chicken sandwich for as low as $4. And I look forward to trying more items from their big menu."

"The chicken laksa I ordered was nice but there was only chicken and noodles. The original laksa has mung beans and hard boiled egg. The nasi lemak my partner ordered was a little disappointing. The beef curry/rendang was a little watery and there wasn't any sambal that normally accompanies with this dish. The service was great and the food could be better."

"Hanuman has gained a good reputation around town and I am one of a few it seems that has never been untill now. This is a large restaurant, it was 95% full upon arrival and I was first struck by the amount of vocal noise not helped by the acoustics of such a large area. Once seated we pondered over the menu and ordered drinks etc. The four of us ordered various entrees and mains to toss in the centre of the table that was really too small to cope(unlike those at regular Chinese restaurants) The dishes were all very tasty, whilst some slow to appear most likely due to the kitchen working at full steam to keep up with a full house. Hanuman has an excellent kitchen but for me at least the atmosphere was more like Sizzler and just to noisy. I guess I'm getting picky in my old age."

"I should preface this by saying I was particularly drunk when I walked in here, but it's hard to find good places to eat late at night in the city. This place certainly isn't one either. Ordered a curry, dumplings and a kebab. The curry serving was absolutely tiny and bland, served with an outrageously large side of rice. The dumplings were soggy and I got bored of the kebab halfway through despite being drunk enough to eat anything. I don't plan on returning."

"Love that Uncle Sam is open around the clock, the food was always fresh when I visited, the only thing I could suggest is that someone keep and look at the wiping of tables and sweep under the tables when customers leave. Give a 5 star though the Roast Pork was always FIRE"

"If you have the desire to feel like a nuisance go to this joint. The actual crepes themselves are delicious and I will give credit where it's due the crepe recipe used here is en pointe, fluffy and not overly sweet. However... if you are expecting the Parisian Nutella crepe you once had or you've been to Ken's crepes... prepare for utter disappointment. While the ladies serving you sigh and overtly hate you for interrupting their peaceful morning the end result will leave you kicking yourself for not walking out on first snub."
