"This is one of our favourite cafes. We love that it has the kid-friendly alfresco area, which keeps my little one busy for ages. The coffee is always excellent. I’ve never had a burnt one. My favourite item is the sausage rolls. They taste delicious, and have little pieces of mildly spicy chorizo in the meat mix. The pastry is always light and flaky. So good! My daughters favourite thing is the funny face cookies. She devours one every visit. The service is always great, always friendly, and you never have to wait long for your order to come out."

"I visited Tra Vinh the other evening, hadn't been there for years!! I ordered Pho with raw beef and beef balls. It was DELICIOUS!!! It had a deep rich aromatic broth, heaps of noodles and tender sliced of beef. The complimentary tea you get is also so tasty and very warming on a cold evening!"

"I'm really surprised to read the reviews on this place and am glad I saw them after I'd eaten their desserts because I loved it. It's across the street from Viet Hoa (where we'd eaten lunch earlier) so we headed over once we'd finished our meal. <br/ <br/ It's a tiny shop and the concept is the same as many bread/cake shops they have in Singapore. You collect a tray at the entrance and then load up with delights (using the tongs provided) from the clear plastic compartments lined along the wall. <br/ <br/ Helped ourselves to the pineapple bread, the pineapple and coconut bread, a sponge cupcake and a serve of pandan cake. All up it came to $8 bargain.<br/ <br/ Sampled all of them on the way to the car and they were delicious. The pandan cake was light and nicely flavoured. The two pineapple breads were generously coated in their crispy sugar topping and filled with custard. Super soft and tasted really fresh. The cupcake was lightly sweetened and so light, it was like eating air. <br/ <br/ Loved all of our choices and will definitely eat their food again. All of their goods looked fresh and tasted great. Winner for me."

"Not bad! we got the sticky rice rice paper roll, chilli beef rice bowl, and fried pork pancakes (like peking duck, but with pork) with one drink for a bit under $50. service was very quick and efficient, food was tasty and different. maybe not to everyone's taste (my gf didn't like the sichuan pepper), but i think it's worth a try!"
