"$15 for a cold bowl when it mentions in the menu served on warm rice.Cold brown rice barely warmed up chicken the server put it in the microwave and removed even before the timer) cold sweet potato avocado cheddar cheese corn chipotle sauce.Healthy can be tasty and I assume this would have been had they warmed it all well. Our first experience very disappointing!"

"I thought chains strove to be consistent from location to location, but this restaurant's food seemed to differ from other Sunset Grills I visited in the GTA. Not better or worse, just different in its seasoning. For that reason, I found it a bit of a disappointment.I had the breakfast poutine, and my partner the standard sausage-and-eggs. They were cooked properly, the quality seemed to be good, it just tasted different...maybe a slight bit less flavourful, but noticeably so.It may be a simple matter of what the local cook was doing, but I was disappointed that I couldn't get a comparable experience here to the others in the chain."

"Our family stopped by on the way through town. I made an error on my order for the kids which meant food arrived to the table that they weren't set on. "I like this location for convenience as I take the Go bus to work, however I know how busy it gets. Went in at 0824 to order an Espresso Frappuccino (with no crazy modifications) and ice water. I usually mobile order but was told that they turned off their mobile order service off due to being short staffed. If they were going to claim “short staff” then they should have had a sense of urgency because the employees were moving slower than molasses.The barista prepping my drink had to blend it twice as he forgot to put the espresso shot in it, seemed confused with the requests of the drink (if asking for almond milk and to do only one pump of the syrup is difficult then to each their own), and kept looking for the whip cream when not only was it in front of him but the drink doesn’t come with whip cream nor did I request or was asked whether I wanted it.I did not mean to be curt and short when I said out loud that “I don’t want whip cream” but it was already 0831 and my bus arrived and already finished offloading/loading passengers. He then took his sweet time looking at the lids to see which one would fit the cup.This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I had with this location. I now know to not do any in-store orders and strictly stick to mobile ordering."

"I typically preorder breakfast thru mobile app as I live in the same building. However, many times I have to wait extended time for pick up. Egg whites, spinach freta sandwich are some of the good light breakfast options. But they should not prepare the hot coffee before they are done with breakfast meal. Due to early morning rush, waiting time could be longer if u dont preorder. Winter time- Hot Caramel Machiato is my fav go to drink. Summers, its Mocha cookie crumbel."

"Went to this location to order my lunch few weeks back. There were able 2 tables occupied. The staff told me to wait about 10 minutes for my take-out order. Noticed few UberEats driver came in to take their orders. After waiting for about 20 minutes, my food was not ready. I asked the staff when it will be ready as my lunch hour was ending... After about 30minutes, the staff noticed my order was never punched in.... The ubereats drivers were also waiting for about 30 minutes and they decided to leave. My order was ready for pick-up after 55 minutes. I noticed that there was only one old gentleman in the kitchen doing everything by himself... I am assuming that is the owner. The food was burnt quite a bit and was not very worth it at all... I will not be returning to this location."

"Late Night dinner ? craving of delicious ? juicy burgers ? too get protein though chicken ? as well beef ? carbohydrates through bun ? and definitely fats as being deep fried but acceptable in a cheat day ?The texture and mouthfeel are spot-on: a little juicy, a little tender, a little chewy. The taste is enjoyable in an unremarkable kind of way. It’s mild, yummy, fatty, inoffensive, a little salty, chicken-y but not CHICKEN-Y."
