"I visited McDonalds Mirrabooka, just before 12 on Saturday 13th July. To cut a long story short, we waited for 19mins for our order. Customer 's with children were waiting for food for around15mins. One customer was waiting on a Big Mac for several minutes, then asked where was his order? They had called the number but he didn 't hear the noise levels were high. The customer complained to the manager, when he walked away she turned to the staff behind the counter and said ' well he was on his phone, he should have been listening '. Very unprofessional for a 'manager '. This manager appeared to be confused and clearly had no understanding of servicing customers. She seemed to find it difficult to direct and manage her team. I asked for a refund. I did not get as much as an apology for the delay. The manager processed my refund and walked away. The manage then started shouting at younger staff at the back of the kitchen area in full view of all the customers waiting on orders. In my opinion the issues were not the staff it was lack of leadership on behalf of this manager with a really bad attitude and no respect for her staff or customers. I will be following up with Restaurant owner to give feedback."
