"I called to the restaurant to add soy sauce to my meal, not only did they charge me for soy sauce but they didn’t even include it with my meal. When I called to try address the issue, the person at the restaurant said “oh well, just ask Uber for your money” and hung up the phone. This is the second time this has happened when ordering food from this establishment, so this will definitely be my last."

"My experience was a good one; customer service was terrific. I thought I was in a different country for a moment, couldn’t believe I was in the U.S! As for the food, the oxtail was ok, tender, and flavorful. The jerk chicken had a good flavor but not a good texture, it seemed like it was sitting too long, and it was tough and dry, yet it was drowning in “gravy!” It’s missing that grilled crispy texture that a broiler or grill would give. I would go back and eat in I want to try their other dishes."
