"Me and my fiancé went there last night because we had already been to the one in Aventura and absolutely loved that experience. This experience, however, was the absolute opposite. We walked in 33 minutes before closing time and we were rushed through ordering because all orders had to be in by 9:30pm (even though they were closing at 10 PM). We even ordered our dessert at that point to make it easier for the kitchen. The food was all brought out at once, which was not so great because it was a mix of cold mezzes, hot mezzes and entrées. We were given no time to enjoy our food, but rather had to eat quick before everything went cold, then about 5 to 6 minutes later, while eating the seven appetizers and entrées, the dessert was put on the table both which were topped with ice cream that would quickly melt due to the temperature of the dessert. we asked if they could put it in the freezer to keep it cold and they said unfortunately the freezer was being cleaned out and they couldn 't do that. I don 't know about you, but I 'm not used to being served dessert while still eating dinner. Then to top it all off, they drop the check before we had even started eating the dessert. Everything about this experience. Let us know that we were not welcome in their establishment and we would never go back there again. The food is absolutely amazing but the service and management is completely rude, atrocious and unwelcoming. They even added an 18% gratuity to the check for a party of two. They never apologized for anything, and didn 't care at all. The manager was there and never even came to check on us. No one asked us if the food was OK and no one asked if we wanted something else to drink when our beverages were consumed."
