"I've literally never had such a crazy panic inducing dining experience as an adult. I suspect they were short staffed, because the entire staff was running around terrified and frantic. Like would've been comedy had it not been so scary. Our server literally ran off while we were in the middle of ordering, then returned angry and offended that we were bewildered by her bizarre and sudden exit. Another server literally ran into me times while I tried to find a place to stand waiting to speak to the host. I'm a big Meatball Shop fan, but jeez, that Chelsea location was literally the most bonkers service experience of my life. I woke up still stressed out for all of them. I hope they're okay. But seriously... I'll take the late/slow meatballs any day over meatballs with a side of terror."

"This is the second time I went to the Meatball Shop in a week and I was not disappointed. The watermelon and feta cheese salad is refreshing. The chicken meatballs in the pesto sauce are amazing. And the cold white beans salad is just delicious. The staff are friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Itâs just too bad you have to pay New York prices. But I guess thatâs what has to happen when youâre in Hellâs Kitchen, New York. Thanks for another great meal!"
