"My wife and I visited Cafe Milano and the experience was wonderful. The service was exceptional and the owner was very friendly telling us about his specials. The melenzane was delicious. The eggplant was cut thin and the sauce was very tasty. Our entrees were veal dishes and the veal was cut thin, very tender and flavorful. Finally, the homemade Italian cheese cake was out of the world. Make sure you ask what specials Pasquale has made because everything he makes is delicious."

"Short walk from La Jolla Bay. This is a small location with large Italian sandwiches. I had the parma that contained fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, tomatoes and homemade pesto on Focaccia bread. The sandwich was big so I ate half. Others in the group also ordered sandwiches that were excellent. If you are looking for a delicious Italian place near the bay, recommend stopping here."

"This is hidden inside a hotel in La Jolla San Diego. It?s upscale Italian. There was live music with a lounge singer. I had the veal Marsala, lobster bisque and I highly recommend the Ecstasy desert which is White chocolate gelato with liquor and raspberries. It?s more filling than it looks."
