"I've been to Sneaky Possum twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. On my first visit, I sat on one of the communal tables in the dining area out the back and had a very nice cheese plate and a glass of wine. An ideal solo dining experience, complemented by excellent service. On my second visit, I sat at the bar with some friends it's a little noisy up front, but it has a good vibe. We were pleased to find the menu could be adapted for vegetarians and vegans my friend raved about the vegan version of the gnocchi. I ordered the pumpkin pie, which turned out to be nothing like the American pie I was expecting. Instead, it was a crispy base of sweet, flaky pastry, a layer of rich caramel studded with candied walnuts, then fresh spirals of pumpkin on top, scattered with rosemary and macadamias. It was very inventive and very delicious. Keen to sample the breakfast and lunch menus next!"
