"The ordered lamb tajine is not a tajine, for to have ordered many times, here in France and Morocco, a tajine is not served in broth but the sauce must be reduced in suffocated cooking in the so-called container. The meat is extracted from the one that comes from the couscous and placed in a broth where is inserted prunes too sweet and almonds filtered. Not to my taste, sorry."
