"My wife and I had organized a Lyon and Burgundy trip for a group of Californian Guests and our dinner at L'Institute was the first of many to come. Everybody enjoyed the quality of the dishes, the attentive service, despite a little nervousness of some of the young crew members and the explanations of the Maître d' about the ingredients of our choices. The Foie Gras prepared with Port and White Wine accompanied by rhubarb and apricot marmalade, the tuna, with fresh herbs and eggplant caviar, the cheese selection by Etienne Boissy to name a few of the many dishes our group had, all tasted delicious. Definitely would come back here."

"We called in here first on the evening of valentine 's day, only to be told We are really sorry, we are fully booked tonight . That seemed a good sign and later in our stay we stopped by again and we were glad we did ...a good meal in a nice atmosphere. The food was fresh, staff were very friendly and the bill was reasonable."

"We booked online for for two people at this Italian restaurant that has a recommendation in the Michelin Guide. The menu offers a good variety of pastas with a few meat dishes, and the wine list is full of Italian varietals at reasonable prices. A few good wines are available by the glass. I had an entree of veal carpaccio which was excellent - thin slices of veal dressed with olive oil and lemon juice, with s scattering of chopped black olives and pine nuts; it was tasty, light and fresh. My wife had the zucchini spaghetti (spirals of zucchini) with tomato sauce and mozzarella which was also very good - this was a cold dish and the tomato sauce was perfectly balanced with tangy tomato and a slight sweetness. For the main we both had ravioli stuffed with guinea fowl with a light tomato sauce. This was quite tasty and gain very well balanced - for my taste, I would have preferred a little more guinea fowl in the ravioli, but overall it was excellent. For dessert we both had panacotta with fresh strawberries which was the perfect finish to an excellent meal. Overall, an excellent Italian meal well deserving of the Michelin plate."

"Bienvenue au Japon...Un delice des papilles et un accueil tres sympathique. On voudrait tout goûter, mais il faut revenir plusieurs fois pour essayer tous les bons petits plats sortants de la cuisine... Des amis m'y ont amené et c'est un pur bonheur d'y retourner. Pensez à reserver !"
