"Da Attilio was recommended by our hotel, and we went there twice and enjoyed the wonderful, tasty and pipping hot pizza. We went for the classics, Margarita and Napolitana, and boy, were they good. Its not a place where you want to have a romantic dinner, but if you want to have a good meal at very reasonable prices, its perfect."

"Our culinary tour visited Pizzaria La Notizia to learn how authentic Neopolitan Pizza is made. Having made pizzas for years Constant Companion and I were excited to learn from the experts. To one liter of tepid water is added grams of salt and a...tablespoon of cake yeast and both are dissolved. Then Caputo kg) is slowly added until a very firm dough is achieved. We kneaded for what seemed like forever and air was constantly punched into the dough. The result were the best pizzas we have every tasted. The owner graciously served us appetizer bites of Zucchini, Mozzarella, and Eggplant followed by Pizza made with Mozzarella, Provolone, and Local Mushrooms, a second Santa Lucia Pizza(my favorite), and the classic Pizza Margherita. For dessert we were served a dark chocolate calzone. Absolutely delicious!"
