"We keep going back to this place because it has a great setting, both indoors and out. Also the food is quite good and the specials change to give it variety. The service here is quite excellent, hard to find in Rio. The staff is polite and attentive and it's very easy to navigate (they have English menus too). I had the soup of the day, a vegetable soup which wasn't too hearty or thick or too filling, but had good flavor. I also got an appetizer, a ceviche with crispy fries to scoop it out on. I also tried a strawberry and blackberry blended drink which was awesome. You can add whatever alcohol you like (cachaça or vodka) or even keep it virgin. Save room for dessert, since they have a good selection!"

"Place muito agradável, em frente à praia de Copacabana com area external com vista para a praia. Excellent tendimento, muito boa food, typical Spanish. We order a “mellous red” resembling paella de powder (72,00) e outro de costala (62,00) both yummy stavam !! O restaurant aceita DuoGourmet, pra quem tem é uma otima opção."

"Excellent place to enjoy the Arab food, Lebanese, all very tasty and yummy, has nothing on the menu that is bad, very good, fast and agile service. The only bad point is that the space is small, and there is always full, then you will probably eat standing."

It is centrally located in downtown Rio, Very near to Carioca this restaurant is a good option for vegetarian food. <br>

Menu and Pricing: They have a fixed price menu that includes: salad, refreshment, a choice for a main dish (2 daily options) and dessert (around $35 last time I went).Food is mild spicy, I Guess they keep in mind the taste and preference of Brazilian. Their crazy refreshments e.g. grape juice with cacau was amazing.<br>

For the main dish, I usually go for the pasta. I have had the pumpkin gnocchi with cheese sauce and the pesto fettuccine. Dishes usually include two more options: last time my gnocchi came along with eggplant ratatouille and fried dumplings with a small serving of hot sauce.<br>

Service is good and the sitting is very soothing: Their rose petal decorated stairs drawing you away from the stress of the city."

"Open! But hard to find. The restaurant is at the top of an unmarked narrow staircase two doors left of the McDonald's. Worth it! This is a self serve, pay by weight buffet. The food is simple and healthy, which I appreciated. There is not much in the way of sauces or flavor beyond the veggies themselves, but that was my preference. Leafy green salad, sauteed broccoli and mustard greens, cooked veggies were all wonderful and fresh. Protein dishes were tempeh with okra, a feijado and beans. Atmosphere was serene and the staff were friendly. Recommended!"

"Our venue for dinner on our first night in Rio and we were very impressed. The pizza was gluten free and wholewheat, topped with shiitake mushrooms, pecorino cheese and infused with white truffle oil and was absolutely divine! We also had the octopus served with broccoli rice which was delicious and filling. The wine list was excellent and we went for a 2016 Bourgogne Pinot Noir which topped off the meal perfectly. One small negative was that the air conditioning made it feel cold sitting inside. Otherwise amazing experience."

"Really great! We loved how they are able to make fresh, locally grown ingredients to make some amazing dishes and our favorite was the broccoli, the heart of palms and pistachios with a butterfoam. We sat in the kitchen at the cooking table, which is highly recommended if you can get it. Another good sign was to see that the owner works in the kitchen, whatever was necessary, it is clear that this is his passion. Overall great experience and absolutely worthy of a Michelin star!"
