"Finally had time to try this place. ordered pancakes, speck eier. I was told that the order would be ready for 20 to 25 minutes. I went to pick up and was told 10 minutes. the cashier said I could pay now and she'd call me when the order is ready. after 10 minutes or so, you went back to get my order, the cash went to meet him, we drove home. When I came home and the box opened, I couldn't believe my eyes, two pancakes, one was burned as black as the bag in which they put my order. we went back to the restaurant. I went in and complained (different cassers in the front) that we had waited for 45 minutes for this unacceptable eating and I let the casser know that I wanted a refund. I opened the box to show him how the burned pancake was put on the floor(they believed I wouldn't notice) the casser said he could see why I was angry. I also asked him if sirupbutters come with the pancakes. he said yes. I hadn't commanded mine. he tried to pay back to my account, but could not give me a reception. the reception that he printed looked like he had rebooked my account. I told him I waited long enough to give me money what he did, what a terrible experience. I will not try this place again. I will be sure to check my bank account to make sure that I didn't pay twice. waste of time!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised by River Crab. It was difficult to find fine dining in the area so I was skeptical. The food was completely on point (the burrata was beautiful, the steaks perfectly cooked and the shrimp cocktail was perfect). The service was amazing. Friendly, well timed and attentive without being cloying. The view was pretty and it's entertaining watching the variety of boats go by. I highly recommend it and I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world. I definitely want to return."

"Very busy. Definitely a popular spot for the locals. Parking is difficult sometimes but the walk in this neighborhood is beautiful. The wait was about 30 min, not too bad. We were sat at a 2 top outside. The weather was nice. Our waitress came to take our order and checked on us once before we received our bill. The food was hot and well prepared with large portions. Orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious."

"Good coffee, the Bacon Alameda I had looked over-the-top in paper, but was actually very tasty, and you’ve got a nice streetside view of the UC campus. If I return to Berkeley, I’ll be back to try something else."

"We saw the dinner menu while wandering around Shattuck and had to come back to try it. The ceviche was fantastic! And we also had passionfruit sours, taro fries, and the lomo saltado, all of which were very tasty. I would definitely come back, I'd love to try the breakfast too and sit on the patio which is really cute and set back from the street so it's quiet. Recommended!"
