"What was one of ‘the’ places to eat and be seen in the is now merely a depressing hotel restaurant with lackluster cooking and sloppy service. Exorbitant pricing and zero atmosphere. Very elderly clientele. Staff look positively unhappy to even be there. The bar...hasn’t changed since the which was the one saving grace. Such a shame as it used to be such a cool place to eat. Won’t be returning as it was such a letdown."

"Good food , the waitresses needs training, both of them. I sat down and it took her 10 mins to come over and take my order and she was just standing around. Clients come in, they want to order something, its not hard and you were not even busy ! The food was good however. Place let down by the staff."

"A birthday dinner in front of the theatre for a family of 5. We got an email confirmation, but when we arrived, we were told that they had no booking. After a conversation they succeeded, 5 in a table of 4. The food was fine, as it lies right next to Leicester Square. I would go back, but would check the booking."

"It is a wetherspoon where you should always have a good look under foot. obviously all their mostly garish carpets are designed especially for each pub without two carpets the same. the crosse keys has a rather reluctant vage heraldic carpet. navy background with golden couples of crossed keys in the same gold colored it is a beautiful space with soaring marble columns and big arches. before a bank. beautiful relaxed atmosphere without music really beautiful bar staff. my companion drinks in the regular lagner, but wanted to dip into some authentic British beer. our bartender let him taste three different bitters before he was...read more"

"The service we received was not great. the waiting staff appeared uninterested in what we wanted and made us feel like a “decision”. my food was cold and the food of my friend was on a minute sloping ground that made it impossible for her to eat and keep the food on the teller. for my mojito there was no ice, and we felt kicked out even though it wasn't full. very disappointing and will not return."
