"1st time customer, and won't be returning. We stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning around 10am. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, and the host wiped our table right before we sat down. Points for cleaning the table, deduction for the table being soggy and pools of water since it wasn't dried.Took way too long for someone to come and ask us for drinks. When she arrived we asked if we could just order since we knew what we wanted, but the employee said she could only take drinks and we had to wait for someone else for food. We were over an hour waiting for 2 meals of bacon and eggs. Lot's of other people were waiting so long that they went into the kitchen looking for staff to ask about their order. When we got the food it was ok, decent portions but nothing special. We had to ask someone for our bill as no one stopped by to ask how it was or clear our plates. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were gross. overflowing garbage, 2 stalls with no toilet paper at all, overall dirty.Would highly recommend you wait in the lines for Stacked Pancake House next door, WAY better and worth the wait. Lesson learned."

"I recently walked into the WI Bagel Buzz for the 1st time. i was greeted right away with a smile. they were getting busy. it was about 11:30am. i asked a bunch of bunch of questions, which were answered politely, with a smile. the server went out of her way to make sure i got what i wanted and would be happy. the price was right. my order was perfect and the food delicious. i will be going back soon. i did call to let them know how impressed i was. i found out it was Taylor who served me. she 's a keeper! thoughtful, polite, professional, knowledgeable all with a smile. thank you again Taylor! "I've never had Lebanese food like this!!! Super fresh and tasty. The complimentary dish of mint, tomatoes, pickled radish and cucumber and onions were so vibrantly fresh as if it had just been picked that day. Food presentation was well done. Service was superb. Friendly and helpful as we asked questions since first timers. The place was clean! Oh and the tea! Oh the tea! Divine. They have this beautiful copper server with at least 6 copper pots for tea. Mmmmm, so good. I went to the original restaurant. Will surely be back in for tea and delicious food."
