"Ive been coming here for years when I'm in Miami. Today I was attended by an older, dark-haired, fair skinned woman in the bakery. I think her accent is Argenentinian. She was very rude. I had asked her for 3 medialunas. She placed 3 facturas in a plastic container with dulce de leche. When I told her that wasnt what I ordered she insisted it was and screamed that she had denied a previous customer those pastries because of me. She gave me an attitude when I asked ger for utensils and said the salad allready had them. She denied me plates, which by the way Ive gotten before with no problem. When it was time to pay she rushed me. Needless to say I felt humiliated. It's such a shame as Ive been going for years and dont plan on returning."
