"This place has an owner that just doesn't get it. I am an Argentinian and picked this place to celebrate my 49th B-day with my wife and kids. I called 45 minutes earlier and made a reservation. Once I get there that did not mean squat since a family who go their before us got seated and no one asked about the reservation. When I told the girl ..I still ended of waiting. The next issue is the menu..do not go by the website as you will end up very disappointed since a few of those items (skirt steak) has been removed form their menu by blacking it out with a sharpie. to make matters worse a family which new the owner got their later and still got their food before we did. Lastly I am not one to write negative reviews but, what really made it even worse was the owner would bring out food and not know which table it should go too. The restaurant had zero ventilation and because the family seated nearest to the door said something then they decided to open the door for cold air. This is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with. As I said in the beginning the owner just doesn't get !!"

"We went there for emergency visa application print out. The owner was very courteous and helped us. He also didn't accept any money for the printing. An awesome memorable experience of fellow human support in time of need. We planned to eat here wheneverwe come to NYC."
