"We went there for lunch 2 times and it was very very good. I don't think a lot of foreigners goes there but there was a young girl who spoke great english there and we always had very good service. (Maybe we should learn spanish :) )We had empanadas on our first visit and the special of the day on our second visit. Very good food!! When we go back to Cozumel we will go there again for sure."

"We had lunch there yesterday and had a wonderful meal. My husband had the chicken chimichanga and I had the shrimp tacos. This place has traditional Mexican cuisine and it tastes so fresh. We have eaten here before but couldn't find them on trip advisor so it is long over due that they are recognized. The owner speaks English but the waiters do not but are extremely friendly and helpful. Our meal with a big bottle of water and a bottle of diet coke only came to $8.00US! We also had tortilla chips and pico de gallo along with several different dipping sauces which were very good! My husband asked the cook for the recipe of one of the dipping sauces and he was kind enough to give it to us. So friendly!! Looking forward to returning to this establishment in the near future. Don't pass them by. You can't miss their restaurant, it is a bright orange building."

"Food was just okay. Empanadas were over cooked and lacked content ingredients. We have had them in Buenos Aires). A good choice for dining not overwhelmed by tourists. Staff very nice. Our foursome tried a burger, salmon, empanadas, etc. Tomatoes not ripe enough in Caprese salad."
