"My boyfriend and I were out for an afternoon sail. We docked by an area where there was a marathon in progress. We walked around for a bit and when I saw Chela's and the word Empanadas I knew I hit home! I asked for a beef one and gave to my boyfriend to taste. He immediately ordered more. They were amazing and the person behind the counter the very best ambassador to his country. The taste was a vacation in a vacation! Thank you, Puerto Rico"
