"Lors de notre journée à Mimizan, nous avons choisi de manger dans ce restaurant. Nous avons été correctement accueillis, rapidement placés et le service était rapide. Nos apéros sont arrivés avec le entrées très copieuses: c'était bon et varié. Ensuite nous ont été portés le plat: saumon au citron servi avec du riz safrané et de la ratatouille. Puis les desserts: la mousse au chocolat et la crème au caramel étaient bonnes, mais servies en petite quantité. Le vin était excellent. Nous n'avions pas vu les ardoises sur lesquelles étaient proposées des assiettes de pays, un plat unique mais très copieux et certainement délicieux, si nous en croyons les mines réjouies des personnes qui en mangeaient. Ce plat était accompagné d'un dessert de pays. Nous y reviendrons pour déguster ce menu. La serveuse était à l'écoute et demandait souvent si tout allait bien."
