"Amazing atmosphere. Great staff, fantastic selection of drinks and a wonderfully crafted menu. You cannot ask for more out of a pub or restaurant, definitely be coming back many more times. Its a wonderful place to be and the staff make you feel right at home. Very accommodating with any requests and a fantastic venue overall"

"We were a party of 6, 2 had the zebra it was the best looking steak I think I've ever seen, but 4 of us were left very disappointed in our choice of the chicken in a Madeira sauce, you would expect a sauce to coat your food not look and taste like water, and to have paid £15 each for the pleasure was an insult and spoilt our first experience there, doubt I would return to be honest"

"The best chip shop in the area. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The portion sizes are usually generous and the food is usually hot and fresh. Prices have gone up over the last year or so but remain reasonable. Vegetarian options: A lot of the options here do contain meat or fish so there isn't a massive selection of vegetarian options. There are a couple of potato based options (including chips and potato fritters) but nothing else springs to mind. Dietary restrictions: The staff here are very friendly and happy to answer queries about any dietary requirements or allergies. Parking: There is a car park at the back of the shops. There's usually space for around 15 20 cars but this can get quite busy. Many people also park on Heol Treferig near the Spar. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp providing access to the shops from the main road. Wheelchair access into the shop might be difficult as there is a step (roughly one brick high this can be seen in one of the photos). The door isn't automatic but is often kept open."
