"Located in the parking lot behind the Simsbury Historical Society ...I had the good fortune of meeting Mike one of the food truck owners. He was kind super friendly and a helpful guide to his delicious food. My heritage is about as far as you can get from Caribbean. I thoroughly enjoyed the j pork, rice and beans, and sweet plantains. I didn't expect to like the plantains so I was surprised that they were very good. The j pork had a hint of heat and excellent flavor. The prices are reasonable especially considering the high quality food. There are café tables and chairs to use and it's quite behind the historical society. I will definitely be back."
