"Service is quick and friendly, and the interior is spacious and unique. Their waffles are by far the best I've had. Tastes a bit like a funnel cake, crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Warning though with the chicken and waffle, the chicken if very well seasoned with a lot of herbs (herby if you will), if you don't like that kind of thing in your fried chicken, you may not enjoy it but I thought it was very delicious ?"

"We considered a quick lunch and found the place occupied. We told the waitress that we should get involved in the distance at noon and ask ourselves if we stay or not. She was cordial, although it was obvious that she was pretty busy. She informed us about our food and provided the bill before we finished our food."

"The restaurant was very busy the day we went, so we expected our food to be a while. The waitress was really nice and brought out some biscuits and apple butter as an appetizer. The service was good, the food was not so good. We both ordered the glazed chicken with bacon. The chicken was burnt and the bacon was raw. The glaze was good. The sides of carrots and hash brown casserole were cold. I didn't look at the bill until we were paying it and noticed they charged us .50 each for 2 little soufle cups of apple butter. I asked the lady who was checking us out about it and wow, she was very very rude and said that it says it on the menu and it wasn't anything new. I said they never charged us before and she said so what. Now I was buying a jar of apple butter to take home. I guess they needed that 1.00 more than I did. Now I remember why it's been a long time since we've been to a Cracker Barrel. I don't think we'll be going back to the one in Willoughby Ohio again."

"After checking online reviews, schedule a last minute business lunch. We were not disappointed. From the provolenta (I think that's the name) and stuffed prawn starters to the delicious fillet and the spread for the rolls, our meal was delicious. The owner was behind the bar and was very accommodating. I will definitely come back on my next visit to the area."
