"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Nick's Place primarily due to the rude behavior of one of their cashiers. My family and I visited the restaurant for dinner, and I ordered the Fisherman plate, which typically includes lobster. However, upon receiving my plate, I noticed that there was no lobster included. When I politely brought this to the cashier's attention, he responded in an incredibly disrespectful and confrontational manner. Not only was he rude, but he also raised his voice and made a scene in front of my children. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined what should have been a pleasant dining experience. I am incredibly disappointed with the way I was treated and will not be returning to Nick's Place again. As a customer, I believe it is imperative to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when an error has occurred. Unfortunately, the cashier's attitude and behavior fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected in any restaurant. I would caution anyone considering dining at Nick's Place to think twice before doing so, as this negative encounter with their employee has left a lasting impression on me. It is my hope that the management team addresses this issue promptly and takes the necessary steps to ensure that no other patrons have to endure such unpleasant encounters in the future. Overall, my experience with the cashier and the lack of proper customer service in this restaurant was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on my experience."
