"I wanted to see if they live in the election to win the BEST. Had the typical combination plate with taco, enchilada, rice and beans. The beans were excellent. Unlike other chains, the beans were not banned. They had a light chili color that tells me that certain spices were used. It made a difference as beans are the basic foods of any Mexican restaurant = Star. Enchilada was hot (steam) the cheese was actually melted in the tortilla=star. Taco was freshly roasted shell, making a big difference = Star. Service, waitress welcomed me immediately and brought Chips salsa fast=star. Restaurant was clean and was rated by health Dept.=star. A total of 5 stars."
