"Have been waiting for 5 years for the inept administrators of this park to fix the streets... the school season is coming and for another year the children will not be able to pass through without getting wet before boarding the school bus...the arrogance and contempt for the tenants of the administration is despicable and the abuses against our community is reprehensible... most of the inhabitants are Latinos and that is why they run over and always get away with it"

"We stayed here on the way back from our daughter's return to school to catch the Chiefs game and have a drink. It was a good choice. My shrimp and lobster Burritos were fire, which was a surprise because I had no ideas that this place would offer authentic Mexican food. The long black hair authentic female chef is one of the reasons why the other males who eat here always come with their families and friends. Our waitress / bartender has a great task to host the wishes and needs of the people at the bar. The person who first offered us seating was a real one to the Earthman. He was from Houston, but supported the Titans, and although the chiefs hit the Titans, he still wore a chief shirt at work to show that he is a team player. I'd say he deserves all his tips because we can't stop paying people to help us, we don't have a team, and we beat the Rams. Jose Peppers is a beautiful place to eat and drink."

"The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed it as the waiter made jokes and made it even better. It's a must! The shrimp quesadilla was packed. The taste was mouthwater! The asada taco also looked good. Bff said it was great. I suggest trying."
