"Local gem in an isolated strip mall. The Ceviche Tostada was generous and delicious, fresh and subtle and not acidic. Paired that with a Chile Relleno, which had a thin layer of batter like I prefer. We also tried the app sampler. The Taquitos were plump and tasty, the quesadilla was good, but the nachos were soggy. I’ll try a margarita next time."

"Blue Coyote is a great spot for delicious Mexican food and drinks outdoors! The menu is extensive and service is great. Socially distanced tables add to the safety factor. Margaritas are potent and most with fresh juices and not triple sec. Busy place at meal times so call ahead or Yelp for a reservation. Enjoy!"

"We have an excellent takeout tonight including double margueritas!! Service and order was easy and food packaging and pickup was great! Unfortunately, we cannot immerse ourselves, but this restaurant keeps its service! Press so much and good luck for you! PS the chips and salsa were free!"

"The margaritas were great!!! The chicken mol was good, but not unforgettable. The shrimp enchiladas on the other side were not completely clean, so I had to dig the lower half of the shrimps. Quite surprising for a place that has a lot of shrimp to not know how to prepare shrimp properly. Be warned!"
