"We visited the restaurant for our 7 pm reservation at 6:45 and was turned away and told that they could not seat us and they were not servicing anyone right now. I told them I made our reservation over a month ago and the man was was rude and had an attitude when speaking to me. Never said he was sorry or apologized but said “everyone wants to eat here but you can walk 5 minutes down the street to go eat”. If we wanted to go to whatever that place was we would have made a reservation there but we did not. We should have been called or emailed about our reservation to at least let us know they were going to cancel us so we could make other plans just common courtesy. We will never come back to this restaurant. HORRIBLE customer service and very rude and not apologetic. We will also make sure everyone we know that stays downtown near this restaurant will not go to this establishment."
