"We enjoyed an early dinner (5pm) here. Other than the salsa being a bit hot for my wife’s taste, the food was tasty and fresh. Staff (Kyle was our server) is friendly and the wait for our food was reasonable. I enjoyed steak and chicken fajitas, which were portioned a bit small, but very flavorful. We’ll come back to this place."

"Pretty good mexican food given the limited options for really authentic Mexican here in FoCo. Service was good, friendly in a nice space. My only criticism is with the up charging. The Fajitas only come with 2 Tortillas and they charge you $2.99 for 2 more. I have never gotten a full order of Fajitas without 4 or mor Fajitas. We also ordered chips and Guacamole. Menu said $7.99 but it does not include the chips!! $3.99 upcharge for the chips! Chips and Guacamole is usually $6-$8... We found the place expensive for what you are getting and the extra charges soured our experience."

"My wife and I have ordered a few times from Inca. We decided to eat at this time. It was a Saturday afternoon at 4:00. I sat pretty fast at the table that turned out to be very crisp. A 9/16 wrench that is tightened on the basis would fix this. The waiter was apologetic and moved us. We ordered two different margaritas. They were good and delicious. They served free thick chips and crumble salsa. The food was quickly served on large plates. Our orders were always on soon outdated polystyrene plates. Eating was fine on big plates. We both ordered 2 chicken enchiladas and 1 taco plate."
