"So if this place in the center of Puebla, it would not be very impressive (indeed, it has a local in the center of Puebla, and it is not very impressive! . As a place to stop at a very busy highway in Mexico, however, it is not a bad place to stop. The service is pleasant and efficient, and the food is OK. That means it has an extensive menu of Mexican and Poblano dishes, and they resemble what they should be. The Enchiladas suizas were fine, although the cheese for the Gratinado saw be cheap cut cheese. The Arrachera was good, though maybe a little overcooked. Overall, it was probably the best choice on this side of the highway (i.e. accessible when you go TOWARD Mexico City ."
