"The food here is decent. The drinks are pretty good and not too expensive. The reason I give only three stars is because their customer service is awful! If you don’t order all the drinks you want when the server is taking your very first drink order, then forget about getting one! Ordering dessert is impossible. They brought us our check before we could even ask about desserts!On a different occasion we came here for take-out half an hour until closing time, and they refused to take any over the phone take-out orders(claiming the kitchen closed half an hour before closing! , but (we were in the parking lot, just wanted to go home at this point we watched them seat a couple that walking in. The laziness and rudeness of the staff here is just so surprising.The last time we visited this place for take-out, we were informed that the “vegetarian” entrees are served with the same refried beans that contain lard that they serve on every plater. I have an allergy to these products and the man we were speaking to openly admitted they done this with full knowledge of the inclusion of pork in the beans. There isn’t any way lard can be considered vegetarian as it is a pork product. This place should be shut down for intentionally violating not only moral but dietary needs. (Rating updated to reflect new information Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian menu, but be wary of the definition of “vegetarian” they use. The options are not suitable for all vegetarians. I’ve been told by staff that lard is mixed into all the refried beans after informing them of a pork allergy.Kid-friendliness: There is an entire kids menu and the environment is safe for children.Parking: There is plenty of parking, but not necessary close.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two spaces available. One is chair-accessible."

"If I could leave Zero stars I would. Last night my experience was terrible. When I informed the server who I’m pretty sure is the owner/manager that he got my order wrong, he decided to go back and forth with me about it. I knew my order was incorrect. He stated no that’s not what you said or ordered, I knew I never order steak anything at a Mexican restaurant. I was there two weeks ago he was my server I ordered the same thing with ground beef. Instead of easily fixing my order and making things right he wanted to argue about it. I decided to keep my plate since it was such a big deal. Even then the chips on my nachos were stale, the steak was cold. I literally left the whole plate of food on the table only ate nachos. Did he even come back to say I noticed you didn’t eat the meal I can discount you or take it off. He’s very rude and his patience is very thin."

"By far the best taqueria in Huntsville! The sear on the carnitas was only bested by the perfectly caramelized onions! The rice was light and fluffy, the beans not too salty, and the employees treated everyone like family! Highly recommend!"
