"I'll begin this by saying the service was outstanding. It was a pleasure to spend time eating out at Petra.We have seen this place and have wanted to try it out for a long time, just never got back up in that direction.The food was wonderful with one exception. The food was not cold but it was just warmer than room temperature. I think the plate was warmer than the food on it. The flavors were great but I would have enjoyed it all better if it was warmer.We will be back... so many items on the menu that need to be tasted."

"I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and yesterday was the worst food I have ever gotten from them. We ordered sour cream chicken enchiladas and we got cheese enchiladas with chicken thrown on top. My husband ordered double beans with his and got no beans just rice. The food was cold so the cheese not melted. The beans were bland. It was like the kitchen staff just didn't care what they sent out."

"I realize finding people to serve in restaurants is difficult, however the people that are there should be educated by management on providing excellent service so customers keep coming back. I’m tired of spending money on food that use to be better and now very poor service. I received a dry salad with no dressing. Our waiter never came back to ask if everything was ok, so I asked a different waitress if she could bring me some dressing. Never received it. Finally our guy came out after salad was half eaten because we had an event to attend and brought it. NEVER an apology. I don’t like feeling I should just get up and get the things I need while I’m dining. NOT a busy time either- we were there at 5:30."
