"Our first try of Guacamole Mexican Bistro, open only a couple of weeks. We had a fantastic experience! We were greeted by the owner and he brought over a basket of fresh chips and salsa while we perused the menu. I was surprised when I noticed that the salsa was served warm. So good! A simple blended salsa with a hint of heat on the finish. I got the tacos (because that's how I grade a Mexican place... the simplest things better be good) I chose two carnitas and two steak. My wife decided to try the fajitas and got chicken and steak. I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived. It was obviously homemade and was so fresh. Both the carnitas and the steak were well seasoned and served simply with cilantro and onion. It came with a choice of salsa. One I tried the tomatillo I was hooked. So delicious. The tacos came on double soft corn tortillas. You could divide them up but I ate them double stacked. The fajitas came out sizzling with peppers and onions and the portions were quite generous. The proteins were cooked well and slightly caramelized. Served with warm flour tortillas and hard to put down! I started this review on a Monday and I am finishing it on Thursday. It was so good we came back as soon as we were able! Recommended!"
